We were appointed to fully redesign and refurbish
this property in much need of modernisation. Our brief was to create a sophisticated, timeless home with a contemporary edge.
Our client’s purchased a new home in much need of modernisation. Planning permission for a large rear extension and exterior remodel had been approved and with the property about to undergo a dramatic transformation, our clients wanted to ensure all spaces felt considered and connected with the interiors flowing on from the new contemporary feel of the house. We took inspiration from the beauty of the surrounding nature and designed the interiors with a contemporary edge to match the architectural style.
We used a warm, neutral colour palette as the foundation of the interior spaces combined with wood finishes and autumnal accents to inject colour and personality into open plan spaces and large rooms achieving a warm, homely style. We provided a full design service including turnkey styling.
We're proud to share The Warren has been awarded ‘Best Residential Interior for Private Residence in Hertfordshire’ within the United Kingdom from the International Property Awards 2024-2025.
